What you get
An Excel workbook, modeled on the pitch tracker we use for our own games:
- Publishers to pitch now, best fit first. Each one gets a fit grade from 0 to 5 and why, their own games that show the fit, the main reason they might say no, how they take submissions, the contact, what they ask for, their exclusivity rules and response time, and the link and date we read it.
- A checklist for each publisher, checked against your own files: what's ready, what's missing, and what to fix (a video that runs long, a file over their size limit).
- Tracking columns for pitch status, date sent, what you sent, and a follow-up date that fills itself in.
- Pitch drafts for the top ten, written for how each one takes submissions: an email, or answers for their web form.
- Every other publisher on a "Not now" tab, with its grade and the reason: closed to submissions, no published route, a language you didn't list, or a weak fit. A closed publisher that fits well is worth watching. The tab has the same columns as the main list, and good fits held back only by language, your exclusions, or an unclear route get the full checklist too, so you can move one onto your list with copy and paste.
How it works
- Upload your rulebook, and your sell sheet if you have one, and answer a few questions about the game.
- Pay $25.00, or use a coupon.
- Our publisher database lists each publisher's submission rules, read from their own pages and re-checked every week. Your game is graded against every publisher in it, and the top ten publishers' pages are read again before your report goes out.
- Your report is emailed to you as soon as it's ready, usually within an hour.
Good to know
- The grades and drafts are produced by AI following our method, and every submission fact comes from the publisher's own page. Publishers change their rules: open each link and re-read it before you submit.
- We never contact publishers for you or show them your game.
- The database doesn't hold anything about your game or your pitches.
