Geekery Tabletop is operated by Geekery LLC.

What we collect

• Your name and email address, to process your order and send you your results.
• The files you upload and the results we produce.
• Payment details are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your card number.

How your files are used

Your files are used only to produce your review. To run it, they're sent to Anthropic, the company that makes the Claude AI model. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, Anthropic doesn't use them to train its models. We delete your files and the review session from Anthropic's systems as soon as your review finishes; Anthropic may keep limited records for a short time under its own retention policy.

A person at Geekery LLC looks at your review (and, when needed, your files) to check the review before it's sent to you. Nobody else sees them.

How long we keep things

We delete your uploaded files and your results from our servers 30 days after delivery. Unpaid orders are deleted after one day. We keep order records (name, email, game name, amount paid) for accounting.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information, share your files, or add you to a mailing list without asking.
