The hook
The selling points on a sheet are the reasons a publisher could sell your game. You know those better than your rulebook does, so these answers matter most.

Printed as a QR code, labeled with its length and kind, for example "3-minute pitch".
Files
Up to 200 pages. Its setup diagram and play examples are often the best gameplay images we have.
Up to 4: the game set up or mid-play, in good light. Publishers want to see it on the table.
Up to 12: box art, logo, key art, a few cards, the board. The original art files print sharper than images taken from a rulebook. Placeholder or AI art is fine for a prototype.
