What we do
- Sort every report. Real bugs, players who misread the rules, and feature requests, each handled differently.
- Fix the bugs. Each fix tested, so it stays fixed, and checked on Studio before it goes out to players.
- Answer everyone. Every report gets a reply and is closed: fixed, explained with the rule that applies, or noted as a request.
- Feature requests for you. A list of what players asked for, with what we'd suggest, for you to decide.

During a contract we check your game's reports every week, fix what's broken, answer players, and keep the game running when BGA changes its framework. Contracts never renew by themselves: we ask you first.
How it works
- Order with your game's name on Studio and choose whether to add a contract.
- Add our developer account to the game. We confirm it's yours to hand over, then you pay.
- We clear the backlog and email you when it's done.
Who can order
The game's publisher, designer, or developer, with the right to add a developer to the project. We confirm this before you pay.
